Find broken links on any page in one click
A free Chrome extension that scans the page you're on, flags 404s and dead links, and highlights them right where they are — so you can fix them before your visitors find them.
100% free. No signup, no server — everything runs in your browser.
Why this checker
Accurate results, zero setup
Built to answer one question fast: which links on this page are actually broken — without false alarms and without sending your data anywhere.
Full page scan
Checks every link on the page — including inside frames and modern widgets. Finds 404s, server errors, and timeouts.
Highlight on the page
Broken links get outlined right on the page, and “Locate” jumps to each occurrence — no hunting through the HTML.
No false positives
Links protected by bot-checks or rate limits are reported as “blocked”, not “broken” — so every red result is a real problem.
CSV export
Export the full report or copy just the broken URLs — ready for a ticket, a spreadsheet, or a client email.
Private by design
No server, no account, no tracking. Checks run in your browser and results never leave your computer.
Speaks your language
Available in 52 languages, including full right-to-left support. Free for everyone, everywhere.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The extension is completely free — no trial, no limits, no account. Install it and start scanning.
Does my browsing data leave my computer?
No. There is no server behind the extension. Link checks run directly in your browser, and results are never uploaded anywhere.
What counts as a broken link?
Pages that return 404/410, server errors (5xx), network failures, and timeouts. Redirects are listed separately so you can review them without treating them as errors.
Why do some links show as “blocked” instead of broken?
Some sites protect themselves with bot-checks or rate limits and refuse automated requests. Those links usually work fine for real visitors, so we label them “blocked” instead of falsely reporting them broken.
Does it scan my whole website?
It scans the page you're currently viewing — that keeps it fast, accurate, and private. Open the pages you care about and scan each in one click.
